All orders are shipped from Long Branch, NJ 07740
We use United States Postal Service as our carrier for deliveries.
Orders will ship in 1-5 business days from when the order is placed.
We will notify you if there is any delay in processing your order.
If you select Store Pickup for your order we will prepare your order and keep it on hand for pick up. Please do not come in for your order until we notify you that it is ready.
All Store Pickups are at 57B Brighton Ave, Long Branch, NJ 07740 during normal business hours.
RETURNS:
If you need to return a product you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing sacredcircle@verizon.net or by calling us at 732-229-1119. Please have
your order number to reference. Items must be in thier original and undamaged packaging. Sacred Circle, LLC will only accept items for return that are
approved and given an RMA number. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping Charges are not refundable. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
We can not accept returns on herbs.
DAMAGES:
If you have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. We will replace any merchandised that is received in damaged condition. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval. Filing of claims with delivery services will be the responsibility of Sacred Circle, LLC.
