Large Ammonite Cluster Measures 11in x 10in Ammonites are an extinct group of marine animals of the subclass Ammonoidea in the class Cephalopoda, phylum Mollusca. They are excellent index fossils, and it is often possible to loink the rock layer in which they are found to specific geological periods. This piece is especially rare as it features four Ammonites. Pieces are typically found with one or two Ammonites.
