	Not practiced in awhile? Confidence a little shaky? Demands of life lowering your energy? Why not take some time for yourself and re-connect to Reiki… In the words of William Rand, “A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats body, emotions, mind and spirit, and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation, and feelings of peace, security &well-being… sensing the presence of Spiritual Beings, feeling their touch, knowing they work with you...being raised into ever greater levels of joy and peace by simply placing your hands on another…watching your life grow as your continual immersion in Reiki transforms your attitudes, values and beliefs.” The evening includes a centering meditation, sending distance Reiki to those in need, and hands-on for each other. Suzanne offers an intuitive perspective on practicing, based on Japanese Reiki techniques.
	About Suzanne Bird
		Suzanne Bird has studied various Western & Japanese Reiki techniques, and received her Reiki Mastership from William Rand of the International Center for Reiki Training. She is also a Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner and Self-Help® Instructor, whose passions include yoga, spending time in nature, acting, and writing. Suzanne has experienced and witnessed wonderful changes from practicing energy therapies, and is committed to sharing the paths to healing with others.
