Denise has studied and practices healing through natural living, herbs, homeopathy, energy medicine, meditation, communications and counseling. Among other principles studied qi gong, mandalas, Native American 

Medicine, natural birthing and family living, eco-friendly living, eastern traditions to nutrition, as well as goddess rituals and traditions. She holds a master’s degree in Holistic Health from Georgian Court University.

Denise believes that spirit readings allow the mind to listen to the body and soul. Often we know the underling truths to our everyday lives but it is difficult to see the path that lies ahead. Spirit readings allow this process to occur by placing intentions and energies into a reading allowing an opening for the guide to use their crafted and/or gifted skills to clearer vision. An inquirer should leave a reading fulfilled and with direction. A reader is in fact a “shifter of energy” for the inquirer. The labyrinth of life is consistently changing with each step we take it is imperative that we consistently renew.
